Legal Form of WAM International:
WAM is incorporated in the United States as a 501(c)(3).
Leadership of WAM International:
The leadership of WAM is comprised of a Board of Directors that has thirteen members. The Board is responsible for the overall policy, direction and administration of WAM International.
WAM International Board of Directors:
Deb Burand (Past President), Amy Davis Kruize (Past President), Laura Foose, Colleen Green, Kelly Hattel, Dana DeKanter, Evelyn Stark, Anne Folan, Beth Houle, and Astrid Pregel.
The leadership body of the Board of Directors is the Executive Committee, which is composed of a President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

The Board of Directors has general management and control over all of the property, business and funds of WAM International and excercises these in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation.
WAM International Advisory Board:
Created at the end of 2006, WAM International also draws upon an International Advisory Board composed of representatives of WAM chapters from around the globe.
